Returns and Exchanges
All our products are made to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size or change of mind.
However, if your order was printed on the wrong style, color, or arrived defective, please email us right away — we’ll be happy to help you get the correct item as quickly as possible!

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product.
We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and make it right — whether by replacement, refund, or store credit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@sportfantee.com so we can check the status for you.
